Did Nie Ching covered-up Lip Eng's alleged criminal syndicate?

Back in June and July, this blog made expose on a syndicate involving PRC Chinese and allegedly DAP MP for Kepong who happened to be the former MP for Segambut, Lim Lip Eng.

Together with the blog, JMB Malaysia News and others, it was exposed that owners of condo Icon Residence and other condominiums in Segambut were fleeced off their monthly management fee by the illegally appointed Management Company (JMB) in the millions by this foreign thug-administered syndicate.

The tenants brought the matter to Commission of Building (COB) and it had ruled in favour of the legitmately elected Management Committee. JMB was supposed to passover the management and documents to MC. Allegedly Lim Lip Eng refused and through his connection at DBKL, he bought time to made an appeal to High Court on the COB decision.

Last week, the High Court rejected the application and Lim Lip Eng and his PRC "gangsters" have to conform to the earlier decision by COB. The MC is the legitimate administrator of the property. [Read Rakyat Insight here and the court decision below]

The forceful and rude manner this PRC thugs operated the condominium was well exposed with videos circulating.

It is suspected that one of the PRC operator obtained his citizenship by paying his way and through a crime syndicate which may involve corrupt officials within the government departments.

This has received wide coverage in the news and replied to the wild accusation made by the PAS cybertrooper playing up anti-immigration political sentiment similar to Republican in the US an European right wing politics.

However, Home Minister, Saifuddin Nasution has exposed last week that there is no truth in the claim that there are 1.2 million illegal PRC in Malaysia. The number was bandied about during the PN administration and denied by then Home Minister, Hamzah Zainuddin.

Nevertheless, the law enforcement officer, concluding MACC should move in and investigate because the market talk is for few hundred thousand to even a million ringgit per person, a foreigner can buy a Malaysian passport with documents from various Departments as proof to legitimise their validity.

Despite the rip-off of tenant management fee and alleged illegal citizenship, Hannah Yeoh was unable to assist her constituents because it means taking action against her own party MP and one close with the Lim Kit Siang/Lim Guan Eng faction.

Making matter worse, the same time court rule a judgement against JMB, Facebook censored Facebook status which linked to JMB Malaysia News on the alleged criminal syndicate. Perhaps, Deputy Minister for Information, Teo Nie Ching may need to answer.

It would seemed she had influence or requested Facebok to censor a legitimate public concern. She better give a better reply than Fahmi's typical rely to blame Meta and lame "I didn't do it" excuse.
